Our founding lawyer, Michael J. McGivney opened our firm in 1969, following active duty service in Vietnam. His work as an interrogator with the United States Army and as an assistant prosecutor with the United States Department of Justice has helped to form the backbone of our firm and compels us to provide respectful and ethical guidance to every client we represent.
Since the creation of the firm more than 40 years ago, we have found successful resolutions for a large number of clients and have earned a strong reputation with our peers.
